Our Services
Dietitian
We work with dietitians who assist our clients in creating a structured plan to help get their nutrition and health on track.
Meal Preparation
Our team has a chef that assists clients with preparing meals as well as teaching them how to cook meals that benefit the mind, body and soul.
Cleaning
We assist with laundry, dishwashing and general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping and bed making.
Transport
If you require transportation to medical appointments, shopping, community events or social activities we assist our clients with getting there and back safely.
Daily Living
We provide assistance with shopping, cleaning, hobbies and overall self-care.
Exercise Support
Our team assists all clients with exercise activities and sports to help benefit the mind and body.

If you are supported with a Plan Manager that’s not an issue. We work in partnership with a wide variety of Plan Managers. Overall our end goal is to ensure you get the best service that supports your lifestyle.
Allied Health
Quality of life and independence come in many forms. Our team works in conjunction with Allied Health professionals to assist you with any rehab or therapeutic needs you may have. We also assist in transport and general support for your meetings with professionals.
LHD Staff
The Illawarra has many NDIS services and providers but all of them work in line with the Local Health District’s (LHD) strategy to support and recognise participants within the community. We are passionate about relationships and working collaboratively with all organisations and government bodies to ensure you receive the best service, quality of life and independence.
